Current measures are generic, not personalized, and do not generate personal evidence.

Present

  • Mandatory stops and breaks
  • Shaded areas and conditioning,
  • PPE and sun protection

Weaknesses and limitations

  • Homogenous application in the workforce
  • Lack of measurement of the real impact of heat
  • Lack of traceability

Our mission

From generic protocols to personalized and measurable prevention.

At Sweanty, we work to improve the health, safety, and well-being of workers exposed to heat. Our goal is to help companies anticipate the risks associated with dehydration and heat stress by providing solutions based on objective data and applicable to the specific circumstances of each job and worker.

  • Prevention

We identify risks before they appear

  • Personalization

Each worker has different needs depending on their physiology and environment

  • Data and evidence

Decisions based on measurements, not estimates.

A comprehensive, data-driven prevention solution

Sweanty uses sweat analysis as a true indicator of dehydration, and combines measurement technology, data analysis, and customized hydration plans to help companies effectively and continuously manage thermal risk.

1

Collection of real data

During a workday, the SweatTracker, our smart patch, is placed on the worker's chest and measures the actual loss of fluids and electrolytes.

Objective analysis of heat risk
2

Objective analysis of heat risk

We use applied deterministic models to estimate the risk of dehydration.

3

Personalized hydration plans

Our software provides hydration recommendations tailored to each worker. An individual report is generated for the worker, along with a report of conclusions and specific recommendations for the health and safety managers.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the measurement process take?

The measurement process is carried out in a single workday. During that day, the necessary data is collected to obtain an accurate view of the worker's perspiration profile and determine their specific hydration needs.

Is the solution compatible with PPE?

Yes. The solution is fully compatible with all types of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and can be used without interfering with the worker's safety, comfort, or performance during their workday.

What type of information does the company receive?

The company receives a comprehensive report of results with the thermal risk assessment according to the Sweanty methodology.

This report combines traditional environmental analysis with an individual physiological assessment based on sweat analysis. It details the variables analyzed, quantifies fluid and electrolyte loss, and classifies the actual risk based on the physiological impact on each worker.

The report is delivered to the person responsible for Occupational Risk Prevention of the corresponding entity or company.

How is employee data managed?

The data is managed under strict confidentiality criteria and in compliance with current data protection regulations (GDPR).

Individual data is handled securely and used exclusively for thermal risk assessment and the development of hydration recommendations. The company receives the results necessary for preventative management, guaranteeing worker privacy and the responsible handling of information at all times.

Is it possible to conduct a pilot program before full implementation?

Yes. We offer the possibility of conducting a pilot test prior to the full implementation of the service.

The pilot program allows the methodology to be evaluated in a real-world work environment, the results to be validated, and the impact on thermal risk management to be analyzed before scaling the solution to the entire workforce. This way, the company can make a decision based on objective data and direct experience.
