What is a personalized hydration plan?
A personalized hydration plan is a strategy designed exclusively for you based on sweat analysis performed with our SweaTracker . This plan takes into account all critical parameters to offer you the best hydration solution during competition:
- Race venue conditions: We analyze the environment (temperature, humidity) where you'll be competing to adapt your hydration to the actual conditions.
- Your running pace: We adjust the amount of water and salt to your intensity, ensuring optimal replenishment based on your needs.
- Your experience with sports nutrition products: Our algorithm takes into account your familiarity with sports nutrition products to suggest more complex or simpler products based on your gastric tolerance.

Preferred format: If you prefer salt gels or capsules/tablets, we adapt the strategy to your habits. However, if your usual format doesn't meet your minimum salt requirements, we suggest combining both formats.
- Preferred brands: We adapt to your usual sports nutrition brand, although if it doesn't meet your minimum salt requirements, we'll also offer alternatives that guarantee your performance and safety.
