The Welcome Pack is the gateway to the Sweanty community. This starter pack is a must to start your journey with us. It includes everything you need to start your journey to beNer hydration and athletic performance. Without this pack, you cannot access our subscriptions and benefits.

PRO Subscription

Price: 29,95 €/month (Monthly payment)

Includes:

• Pack of 2 patches every 3 months
• Unlimited personalised hydration plans
• Choice of gel/capsule type supplements
• Choice of your preferred sports nutrition brand
• Detailed information on carbohydrate/hour in your plan
• Plans adapted to vegan and vegetarian diets

*The PRO Subscription is designed for those looking to maintain a continuous and detailed monitoring of their hydration and sports performance. Remember that you need to have previously purchased the Welcome Pack to be able to subscribe to this plan.

BASIC Subscription

Price: 12,50 €/month

Includes:

• 2 hydration plans per month.
• Detailed information on the carbohydrates/hour contained in your plan.
• Plans adapted to vegan/vegetarian diets and allergies.

*The BASIC Subscription is ideal for those who want a simple and effective approach to improving their hydration with personalised plans, tailored to their dietary needs. You must have purchased the Welcome Pack to be eligible for this subscription.

Refill Pack:

Price: 94,95 €

Includes:

• Pack of 2 patches (SweaTracker)
• PRO Subscription for 3 months

The Refill Pack is an option to upgrade your SWEATPROFILE and enjoy the benefits of the PRO Subscription for 3 months. It is perfect for those who wish to renew their hydration profile and continue to benefit from a professional plan. This pack also requires the initial purchase of the Welcome Pack.

*PLEASE NOTE that in the days prior to the end of your subscription (both the Welcome Pack and the Refill Pack) you will be sent a reminder so that your subscription does not expire and you can proceed to renew the plan that best suits your needs.

Payment and Invoicing

Payments for all Sweanty subscriptions and packs are handled through Stripe, a secure and reliable platform. We accept a wide variety of payment methods for your convenience, including credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, Apple and Google pay, among others.

Additional Details

• If no changes are made to the subscription prior to the generation of the order, the shipment will be made in the manner initially set out. All changes must be made at least 24 hours before the day the shipment is generated.
• Changes after order generation: It is not possible to make subscription changes once the order has been generated.
• Pre-shipment notice: If you have a PRO subscription, you will receive an email informing you that your quarterly SweaTrackers will be shipped days before the shipment takes place.
• Updated SWEATPROFILE: With each plan, you will receive an updated analysis to ensure that your hydration plan is perfectly adapted to your current needs.
• Flexibility and customisation: With both the PRO and Refill Pack subscriptions, you will have the freedom to choose your supplements and sports nutrition brands, ensuring that your plan is tailored to your personal preferences.
• Adaptation to specific diets: All our plans can be adjusted to meet vegan and vegetarian diets as well as to adapt to users’ food allergies or intolerances.
