The plan is designed based on an analysis of your sweat. It takes into account the discipline you practice, your needs, your tastes, preferences and allergies.

Your plan, step by step

Use

Place the SweaTracker on your chest and start the training on the Sweanty App.

Training

Train normally for at least 45 minutes.

Data

Finish your training on the Sweanty App and collect SweaTracker® results with your mobile phone.

By completing 3 training sessions of the same sport discipline we will prepare the personalised hydration plans you need in an unlimited way.
